Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Timeframes:
● Pan-India Delivery: We offer an 8-10 day delivery time across India, as all our products are made to order in line with our commitment to slow fashion.
● Delhi NCR: For orders within Delhi NCR, delivery time is 7-8 days.
● Urgent Orders: If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9810002354. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that an additional charge may apply for urgent orders.
● International Orders: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via
WhatsApp at +91 9810002354. The shipping fee for international orders will be
calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
2. Shipping Charges:
● Domestic Shipping (within India): Shipping is free of charge for all orders.
● International Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
3. Order Tracking:
● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via
email/SMS/WhatsApp. This will allow you to track your package until it reaches you.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
● You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, in its original condition, with all price tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
● Sale items, customized orders, and items purchased during promotions or discounts are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
● To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9810002354 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
● Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds:
● After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
● Please note that any shipping charges incurred for the original purchase are
non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy:
● Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9810002354with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
7. Return Shipping Charges:
● For returns, the shipping costs to send the item back to us will be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
8. Alterations:
● We offer one free alteration service for each garment. Any additional alterations will be chargeable. Please provide accurate measurements at the time of order to minimize the need for alterations.
9. Customized Orders:
● For customized orders, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 9810002354 to discuss your requirements. Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Additional Considerations:
● Order Cancellations: We do not offer the option to cancel orders once they have been placed. As our garments are made to order, we begin the production process immediately upon receiving an order.
