About Ginna

At Ginna, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted in limited batches using artisanal techniques and premium fabrics. As a slow-fashion label, most products are created or finished specifically for your order — therefore, we operate on an Exchange or Store Credit Only basis and do not offer monetary refunds.

Important Summary (Please Read First)

  • No refunds. Exchange or store credit only.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange: WhatsApp us at +91 9810002354 with your order number.
  • International orders (orders delivered outside India) are not eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit (No Refunds)

We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversed payment refunds under any circumstances.

Customers may request an exchange or store credit within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup transfer, or damage

Items failing inspection will be sent back to the customer without processing.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Customized or made-to-measure orders
  • Altered garments
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Items purchased during exhibitions, pop-ups, or promotional offers
  • Accessories (including belts, trims, or add-ons unless defective upon arrival)

3. Exchange Options

If eligible, customers may select one of the following:

A. Exchange for Another Product

  • The selected garment must be of equal or higher value
  • Any price difference must be paid before dispatch

B. Store Credit (Credit Note)

  • Issued digitally once the returned garment passes inspection
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used partially or fully
  • Cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred once issued
  • May be converted into a Gift Card (optional for gifting)

Credit Notes and Gift Cards are one-time issued and non-reversible.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us on:

Please share:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Images of the garment (front, back, and flaw if applicable)

Once approved, packing instructions and shipping details will be shared.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping must be trackable and securely packed
  • Ginna is not liable for lost or damaged parcels during customer return shipping

6. Alteration Policy

We want your garment to fit beautifully.

  • One complimentary alteration is provided per garment
  • Additional alterations are available and will be chargeable
  • Alterations can be requested at any time — no expiry

Once altered, a garment becomes non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production begins immediately for most items.

8. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photographs and videos of the issue

Based on availability and assessment, Ginna may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store Credit
