Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes:

● Pan-India Delivery: We offer an 14-18 day delivery time across India, as all our products are made to order in line with our commitment to slow fashion.

●  Delhi NCR: For orders within Delhi NCR, delivery time is 10-12 days.

●  Orders: If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9810002354. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that an additional charge may apply for urgent orders.

●  International Orders: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9810002354. The shipping fee for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

2. Shipping Charges:

● Domestic Shipping (within India): Shipping is free of charge for all orders.

●  International Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery):

● We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders, except for customized orders, which require upfront payment.

 ● is available for Pan-India deliveries only.

● There may be an additional COD handling charge ₹200, which will be communicated at checkout.

● We recommend having the exact amount ready as delivery personnel may not carry change.

● Please note, COD orders cannot be canceled once placed, and repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

4. Order Tracking:

● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. This will allow you to track your package until it reaches you.
